    Dr. Raygor  

    Dr. Brian Raygor is the Director of Curriculum, Instructional Resources, and Professional Development for the Wicomico County Public Schools.  Dr. Raygor began his career in education in 1994, as a biology teacher at James M. Bennett High School.  While at JMB, Brian was recognized with the National Association of Biology Teachers' Outstanding Biology Teacher Award and Wicomico County's Teacher of the Year.  In 2007, Dr. Raygor became Supervisor of Science and held that position until becoming Director in 2021.  

    Dr. Raygor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Secondary Education from Edinboro University (1993), a Master's in School Leadership from Salisbury State University (1999), and a Doctor of Education in Innovation and Leadership from Wilmington University (2016).  He currently serves as an adjunct professor at Wilmington University advising doctoral students in the dissertation process and quantitative research methods. 

    Dr. Raygor resides in Hebron with his wife Rebecca (a WCPS School Social Worker) and two daughters, Alannah (a WCPS alumnus) and Maddie (WCPS student).  While away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and cycling the back roads of Delmarva.
